My husband and I went to Shaver Lake to look at the new Sunrock homes. After looking at them we drove into town and wandered into the Guarantee Office. We met Jim and Heidi and they gave us all kinds of information regarding houses for sale in Shaver. They were extremely helpful and very lay back in their sales approach. They gave us an MLS sheet of the houses for sale in Shaver and my husband and I drove around to get an idea of what we liked. We actually ran back in to Jim as he was doing an open house and we stopped to look at it. By then it had been a few hours and we had a better idea of what we liked. We had decided we wanted a "new" house. Jim closed up his open house and took us to a new home that he thought we would like. We loved it, the next day we put an offer in and the house closed in less then 30 days. Jim and Heidi are a wonderful team and so knowledgeable.
