In the early 1980's,  Heidi started working at Huebner's  as a salesperson and buyer.  Jim and Heidi fell in love and started a family in the foothills of Clovis. As a previous ski instructor, Heidi made sure to teach their 3 beautiful girls the love of skiing, starting them at the early age of 3 years old! Heidi began her own children's ski program, which took kids ages 4 -12 from the valley up to China Peak to learn the basics of skiing and have FUN!

When Huebner's doors closed in 1994, Jim began his Real Estate career as a Commercial Broker and Owner of his own firm, while Heidi continued her Jr. Ski bus program. With all their hard work, they purchased their first cabin in Shaver Lake in 2000.  After transforming a small cabin (with a bit of TLC) Heidi found her calling in Real Estate, and joined forces with Jim to make a dynamite duo.

Jim and Heidi opened Guarantee Real Estate's Shaver Lake office in the heart of The Village.  Many of their customers remember Huebner Sports and the superior service that comes with the name.  Having a passion for winter sports and the outdoors, spending time at their family cabin, the Huebner family continues to help make those priceless family memories in the Shaver Lake area.  Their motto is "We don't just sell the lifestyle, we live it. "
