Important Pricing and Value InformationYou are in a market far from home and may not have a good feel for values and other considerations in this market. Agents from out of the area have the same issues.
Your best bet is to consult with a local professional regarding specific properties and details about the subdivision(s) in which you are interested.
Where does the water come from and how much does it cost? How is sewage disposed of? How is propane provided? Is cable TV available? What ongoing expenses are involved?
Is there an Association in this particular subdivision with annual fees? If so, what services are provided by the association? How is snow removed from the roads and what does that cost? What about snow on my driveway? There are plenty of questions to ask, all of which can affect the property’s value.
I can show you the properties you want to see and then provide some statistical data on recent property sales in the area to help you get comfortable with values in the areas in which you are most interested.
I want you to be comfortable with your buying decisions and to eliminate surprises along the way because surprises are never good in real estate. I believe that an informed, educated buyer is a happy buyer. I am here to help you become that happy buyer.
