I recently purchased a home in the Shaver Lake area. We went through Dana Smith with RE MAX Gold in Shaver Lake. I had the pleasure of dealing with Dana Smith. In 2003, I purchased a cabin in the West Village of Shaver Lake. While I owned this cabin I rented it out through Shaver Lake Vacation Rentals, part of Dana’s company. I sold this cabin in 2007 for the price I listed for and again Dana Smith handled the sale for me. The most recent purchase was a long and difficult one because of the demand of the lender I was dealing with. In the end, the deal was done mostly because Dana did not get frustrated with the delay and multiple escrow time extensions, and represented me to the seller’s agents in a professional manner until the purchase was completed. In all my dealings with Dana Smith I have been very satisfied.
